Membership Criteria:
In order to be a Full Member of the ICAIC, an individual must:

Be a registered member of the ICCRC and allowed to practice as an immigration consultant inside and outside of Canada, or member of Canadian Law Society, or member of Chambre des notaires du Quebec

AND

a.Be an Iranian-Canadian immigration consultant and/or offer consultation services to the Iranian community inside and outside of Canada.

There shall be no discrimination based on race, sex, gender, age, color, religion, disability or nationality.
